Designated Initializer / Code Commenting

#1

The book states that
If a class has several initializers … you should clearly document which of your initializers is the designated initializer.
I assume this assumes an external documentation that hopefully  is going to be read?

Is there a way to add such documentation to the code and make it visible to the consumer of the class? I am thinking of the incredibly convenient Visual Studio code documentation features, which let you comment code with XML, which Visual Studio in turn will make visible via IntelliSense to the consumer of your code right inside the editor.
