adex0909,

I have encountered the same issue and believe it to be related to iOS6. I regression tested the CoreData changes using the iPad 5.1 and iPhone 5.1 simulators and do not have an issue.

The Cocoa error 134100 is related to “NSPersistentStoreIncompatibleVersionHashError
Error code to denote that entity version hashes in the store are incompatible with the current managed object model.”

I will post an update once I figure out the issue. Please provide any updates you find as well. Thanks.

This error can have to do with building and changing the entity structure of the DB, then building again. The structure is different than what it expects, so it doesn’t load.

Just go to ~/Library/Application Support/ and find iPhone Simulator, look in there for a garbage-HEX-named folder that contains the app you’re working on, and just delete that folder. It will be rebuilt when you compile again, and the error will go away.
