NSLog stopped working

#1

I updated to Xcode 4.3.2 to get support for my iPhone 4S, which is running the current OS. After the upgrade, it appears that I can no longer get anything to log out to the log at the bottom of the screen. If I NSLog something, it will show up on the device’s console, but it will not log in the Xcode Debug area. As I doing something wrong?

First, make sure your debugger area is configured to show the log. If that doesn’t work, try restarting Xcode. If that doesn’t work, hold down option while you run and change the Debugger from LLDB to GDB.

Hi!

I don’t know if you solved your problem, but after Xcode updates, we now have to download the “Command Line Tool”. Maybe you haven’t done it yet. Then go to “Xcode->Preferences->Downloads->Components” and download and install the command line tool.

Best wishes,
