Question about Universal application versus converted app

#1

Hello,

When you convert a iphone app to a Universal app there is still a Resources folder.
So at the current iPhone application I have in Xcode shows:
[ul]
Classes
Other Sources
Resources
Frameworks
Products
[/ul]

A Universal applilcation shows the following:
[ul]
iPhone
iPad
Shared
Other Sources
Frameworks
Products
[/ul]

So all of my iPhone and iPhone4 artwork goes in the iPhone folder right?
Apple laid down the guidlines for icon naming conventions to keep things consistent.

I can’t find anything that discusses where the Resources folder goes in the new app format.

Did I miss something in the book?

Thanks,
Ed[ul][/ul]

Just to clarify my question.

If I choose to go with a NEW Universal application for a legacy iPhone application where does the artwork go that was in the old resources folder ?

Cheers,

The answer to my question is ‘shared’.

The resources folder gets dropped and all image art for the application goes into the shared folder with the application plist.
