I kinda/sorta get blocks now. At least in a simple way. I think how they can capture state information is probably more useful than I understand at the moment. I’m sure some of the ways they are used in Apple’s frameworks/libraries has the ability to completely spin my eyeballs out of my head, but considering that before I went through this chapter I had absofreakinglutely no clue about what they were and how they were supposed to work I’m going to consider that a win.
I’d absolutely consider it a win. And you’re right - it’s a tool that you’ll come to appreciate more as you use blocks more frequently. Keep it up!
