Show variables in Xcode

I am loving the Objective-C book and seem to be picking things up slowly . As I move forward I would like to see my variables and arrays. I like to put in break points and watch what happens, but how do I see the variables or arrays in Xcode?

Best wishes

When stopped in the debugger, variables that are in scope will appear in the bottom pane to the left of the console. (If you don’t have a bottom pane, you drag the bar at the bottom of the window up to create the pane.)

That is great, but is their a way to see inside the array and what object is at what index?
