I have a few questions:

  1. Is there predefined list of countries from which developers can participate in iOS dev program? I am from Bosnia and Herzegovina, is there any barrier to apply for Developer account ($99)?
  2. Jailbroken iPhones - can these devices be used as “test devices” with Apple developer certificate?

  1. Good question; I don’t know. You can try emailing devprograms@apple.com, or perhaps even calling them (though it would be a long distance call to Ireland).

  2. I’m afraid I have no idea how development works with jailbroken device.
