It’s December 2017 as I write this and I believe I’ve found the place to get the most recent version of the Play Services Location.

I’ve been trying to add Google play services as instructed through the above link. I would like to know where do I type the Maven URL info. I understand where dependencies go because there labeled implementation. Thanks in advance.
