I downloaded Xcode from the app store. The current version is 8.3.3. When I try to chose a project, I get several choices of “Applications”, but none just called “Application”. I have tried three of the choices and none lets me chose “Command Line Tool” or to program in “C”. The only programming choices are "Objective C’ or “Swift”…
What platform did you specify?
Command Line Too applies to only Mac OS. So make sure to choose Mac OS for the project.
