I have pre-ordered the book but it’s being continually delayed.
This comment said the book was supposed to be available by August 26th, then it got delayed to October 19th and now it’s being delayed again to November 8th?
What is going on?

Hey! Unfortunately we’ve had quite a mess trying to get the book published and to the stores. Our first publisher dropped so we found another, but they have run into shipping issues. The books have finally made it to the distributors as of today so they should be on their way to Amazon’s warehouses very soon.
Sorry for all the delays with this release. I realize it must be very frustrating to have the date continually pushed back like this.
The date has been walked back to November 4, so hopefully that is accurate now.
The book arrived today, woohoo!
